Thunder

One of the guys who works in a factory that manufactures NBA gear snapped up a photo of the new OKC "Thunder" Logo.

The photo looks pretty legit, although the logo isn't much to look at.

You would think that having a chance to do a whole new logo and brand, that they would have spent more time to put it together.

According to the Associate Press, OKC's about to get its name and colors next week.

Hope it's good. On a sidenote, we'll be revamping this site as soon as we know the name for sure and team colors. Uhmm, yeah, let's hope they stick with Thunder.

Ever since the move from Seattle to Oklahoma City, the OKC NBA team has had no logo and no name. You couldn't really call them the Supersonics since they've left that name in Seattle.

So they came up with 6 possible names:
Barons
Bison
Energy
Marshalls
Thunder
Wind

Personally speaking, I didn't like Marshalls & Wind, they sound kind of weak. Bison, stop with the naming after animals already...leave that to the D-League.
